“Bloody AI.”
I overheard a woman say this to her friend at the gym the other day. I didn’t mean to listen, I had just taken my headphones off for a moment.
We’re all in the middle of a transition, and the frustration is real.
AI has been around for years, now it’s everywhere. For many people, it feels like they’re expected to use it, adapt to it, keep up… without really knowing how.
We’re moving from a familiar way of working to something new, faster, less predictable. Some adapt quickly, or already have. For others, it’s easy to feel behind, replaced, or unsure where their own value still lies.
This is why I and my co-founder Miroslava Kerdova developed AI Mindset training, combined with AI adoption coaching. We want to work with individuals and teams who are navigating this transition, helping them approach AI in a way that actually supports their work.
So that people don’t disappear in the process, but stay relevant, confident, and present in what they do.
Our approach for individuals and teams is to help change the lens through which they see AI and their work, where curiosity is the guiding path, notice opportunities they would otherwise miss and learn how to integrate AI-generated insights into their thinking.
Working with AI goes beyond learning new tools, we want to create a shift in perspective and to change how people approach problems, make decisions, and see possibilities.
In many cases, the real change is not what people do, but how they see the situation in front of them. This becomes especially relevant in moments of uncertainty when there are no clear answers yet.
And if we’re honest, that’s exactly the kind of time we’re in.
